1. Acceptance

By accessing DadhichConnect.in you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Nature of the Service

DadhichConnect.in is a not-for-profit community platform for members of the Dadhich Pariwar. It offers matrimony listings, community news, event announcements, obituaries, committee directories and content celebrating community achievers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to submit a matrimony profile. All profiles are subject to administrator approval.

4. User Conduct

• Submit only true, accurate and up-to-date information.
• Do not impersonate any person, upload false photographs or misuse another family's details.
• Do not use listings for commercial solicitation, spam or dowry-related demands.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

5. Content & Approval

All matrimony, news, event and obituary submissions are moderated. We reserve the right to edit, reject or remove any content that violates these terms or community standards, without prior notice.

6. Contact Sharing

Contact details of matrimony candidates are shared only after manual verification by the administrator. Requests are routed via WhatsApp to the community coordinator.

7. Intellectual Property

The website design, layout, code, textual content and community-owned imagery belong to DadhichConnect.in and its contributors. You may share individual listings for personal, non-commercial community use with attribution.

8. No Guarantee of Matrimonial Outcome

DadhichConnect.in facilitates introductions within the community. We do not guarantee any specific matrimonial, personal or financial outcome. All decisions rest with the families involved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operators and volunteers of DadhichConnect.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of use of the website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
